Serious Eats: The second location of the acclaimed Japanese ramen chain, home to some of our favorite ramen in the city.

Ben Chapman: This gourmet burger joint masquerades as a cookie-cutter chain, but don't be fooled: there's some serious gourmet ingredients & styling to this menu. Salted caramel hot cocoa is a must on a cold day.

Amber: Order your empanadas a la carte - easy to grab and go if you're not trying to have a sit down meal. Brasilia and Mambo Italiano are my favs but the menu has something for everyone

Amber: Great value for the price, cozy atmosphere, and the set menus are fab. Also ideal to take to go - packaging is perfect and a great option if you want a quick lunch or take your dinner to the park

Honghui Yu: Great place for a cheap but delicious lunch! The souvlaki pitas are filled with your choice of protein and fries...yum!

Kimmie Ohh: Place your order “con todo”& pay. Give receipt to one of the cooks. Wait for deliciousness. Grab lime wedges. Add salsas, radishes & chiles. Find standing communal eating space. Gobble down your food.

Amber: Not cheap but Breads is my favorite bakery chain in the city. Everything here is top quality but my personal favs are the almond croissants (can't miss!), chocolate babka, rugelach and savory burekas

Juliet D.: Excellent spot for a quick midtown lunch under $10. Teriyaki bowls @ 7 bucks & sushi hand roll for $2? Not bad. Also the sweets are awesome.

Amber: Less of an ordeal than Ippudo. Cozy laid back vibe, often possible to just walk in and the ramen is great.

Amber: The flagship location for Breads Bakery. Larger and usually has the best selection. Get an almond croissant for now, another one for later, a babka to share with friends and a couple burekas.

Fred Wilson: Get the four or five roll combos. They are priced way better than ala carte. Also the line moves fast. Don't let it deter you.
