Association of Ontario Health Centres (AOHC)

The Association of Ontario Health Centres works to increase access for Ontarians to community-governed primary health care. AOHC represents over 120 Community Health Centres (CHCs), Aboriginal Health Access Centres (AHACs) and Community Family Health Teams (CFHTs) throughout Ontario. Currently, however, only 4% of Ontario's population has access to these community-oriented primary health care centres.
