The bhel puri, while soggier than we would have liked, was flavorful and perfectly spicy. For $5.75 (or $2.88 during happy hour), it's a solid appetizer to order for two people (or one hungry person).
If you're from the UK, and get the urge for a curry at 11pm, come here. Open until midnight, great chaat, bhel puri, and meat abducted fish curries, and a full bar. Stonking.
Dinners comes with naan, rice, veggie of the day and dal (in addition to your entree), and usually come in around $12 to $15; Entrees are a la dishes that cost $9 to $11.
The Kadhai Curry (got paneer and tofu in ours) was flavorful and creamy. Our server was happy to do half paneer, half tofu, and both were tender and delicious.
1 of the most restaurants i went to in SF for few reasons, its close 2 where I usually hang out, good food, friendly service, amazing prices. I recommend Lambtikka mazala, lambbiryani, butter chicken
Get the chicken tikka, the chunks of chicken were flavorful and juicy! https://www.instagram.com/p/BviUh05jYM1/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1wpd0flqch2db
Cheap, quick and tasty. Portions are big and most entrees include rice, naan, and soup. Great value for the price, specially during happy hour when beer, wine and appetizers are half off.
The samosa chaat is awesome, think of it as Indian nachos! BTW, this was the first place I found Indian I enjoyed eating in San Francisco after I returned from four months in India!
