    Awesome place to work on some projects or studying. Free wifi, but hard sometime to get a table. Seems like it's a game of musical chairs. You walk around in hope of finding a table.

    They are open later than the other coffee shops around, so it's the place to hit up if you need a late night latte. (Midnight on Sunday, even!)

    Currently sippin on the best breve white mocha ive had in a very long time. Major props to the barista with black hair, plugged ears and lots of ink =)

    Really only good if you get a booth. Water avenue beans are chill, shots are usually good unless you get the seedy barista
