Dom: Everything seems good here. Reservation recommended, esp for counter. Sashimi was best I've tasted, diners next to us also raved about wagyu beef. Young chefs, only 1 year but building a reputation.
Dom: No garden up there, but the cafe on the 40th floor is actually quite reasonably priced. Observation deck nice. If you're on a real budget you can still ride the funky escalators to floor 39 for free
