Great place to eat before the Civic Center. Always good food...love the Ahi Tuna and quick service. Recommend making a reservation.
In the mood for something different for dinner? Order the molcajete with meat & chicken. It's served in a stone bowl & comes with ancho BBQ sauce or savory mole.

Be wary when ordering guacamole. They've heard the feedback. I'm a spicy fan and ordered medium with my date, and even that was a mouth punch.
Grilled steak salad and the chips and guacamole are the best menu items.
Ask your wait staff to recommend a nice sipping tequila off of their amazing tequila list.
There are no drink specials I've ever seen here of note. The back room is a nice place to host a small event. Spacious eating area. Not a top notch Mexican restaurant, but you'll eat OK here.
Table side guacamole is all you need to know but don't forget to tip your guac maker!
Streak tacos ala carte are a great deal and the way to go. Do the corn shell.
Love the patio, and the margs...most of them. They are so inconsistent!! The first one is delish...the second is nasty!!! Always a crap shoot!

The guacamole is awesome, but pair it with a Court Avenue Margarita!

7 bones for the calamari = one of the best deals downtown. Super good.

Love the guac, but order spicy if you like heat at all. The shrimp appetizer makes a delish entree.

Guacamole is delicious! Such a fun place eat and drink.
Josh is right, if you want medium guac, order spicy. (But def get it! YUM!)
If you like 'spicy' guac, order 'extremely spicy'. Their definition of 'spicy' is 'mild-medium'.
The 3 salsas are a good inexpensive treat although the chips are not the best
Have a Black Margarita -- two if you're daring. THE BEST!
