Emily Wilson: Listen up. The fried pork and leek dumplings are the best goddamn dumplings this city has to offer. Make copious use of the hot sauce, soy sauce, & vinegar.
Emily Wilson: Everyone already says so but it's true: the farro salad is not to miss. Chicken liver toast is also killer. Ask for a wine recommendation—they know their grapes. Hip hop tracks are a plus.
Emily Wilson: This is the best NY pizza there is. Prepare to wait longer than you're quoted but it is 100% worth it. Highly recommend a square slice with soppressata, even if you're already getting a regular pie.
