Haley W. • Juli 17, 2013The famous & extremely delicious toasted ravioli was first invented here back in 1943. Portions are massive - be prepared to share or take home leftovers. Service is exceptional! This place is a must!
Erik R. • Maret 11, 2019Wonderful Italian restaurant on the Hill. Must start with toasted ravioli. For entree, chef recommended the Penne Salsiccia-fantastic! Washed it down with a Schlafly beer. This is how you do STL.
Riverfront Times • Agustus 4, 2014Guests can sit inside and select from items such as toasted ravioli, chicken strips and wings (available grilled or fried) to start. Milo's main events include sandwiches, pastas, burgers and pizzas.
Sherry S. • Juli 15, 2016Our favorite place on the Hill. We drive 3 hours to have dinner here. House salad is delish! And there are several different ones to choose from. Lasagna is wonderful. Every dish we've tried was great
Laura • April 6, 2010The house salad is a must-have: pistachios, prosciutto, and parm on romaine with a balsamic vinegarette that has the creaminess of ceasar. Tiramisu is light and fluffy. Excellent service. Low lunch $!
Jessica S. • Oktober 20, 2013My two favorites - chicken modiga and the chicken veggie pizza! Also if you're getting an app a grab provel bites! The best!!!!

Franco G. • April 6, 2013YOU CANNOT GO WRONG dining at this family-run establishment. The food is delicious!, The service is square on!, The ambiance is second to none!! Try the Spanish wine and step out of the box.
Riverfront Times • Agustus 4, 2014Their extensive pasta list includes capellini alla Gian-Tony's - angel-hair pasta with tomato sauce, onions, Italian ham and white wine. Veggies used for their dishes come from their on-site garden.
Matt W. • Oktober 6, 2014Great lunch spot. It's a hidden gem with a cozy atmosphere. Get the half and half special with a sandwich (Ben's or meatball are my favorites) with either pasta or house salad.
Dustin M. • Januari 6, 2017Get the delicious roast beef sandwich and some made-to-order toasted ravioli.
Riverfront Times • Agustus 4, 2014Gioia's is most famous for its hot salami, or Salam de Testa: a thick, soft salami made from beef and - yes - pork snouts. The flavor is rich and delicious. Try it on its own or in the Italian trio.
Riverfront Times • Agustus 4, 2014Sandwich choices range from a muffaletta to the "Special" -- a sandwich with roast beef, ham, mortadella, Genova salami, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, pepperoncinis, mayonnaise and Provel.
Brian J. • Mei 11, 2012You can buy Olive Oil that isn't on the shelf. Ask for a bottle (they have 3 sizes) and they will fill it from the huge drum behind the counter. It's fantastic!
Brian J. • Mei 11, 2012Italian loaf sliced (great bread here). Any of the cookies or danish are out of this world. The specialty breads are top notch (blueberry pound cake..etc..). Great service from a great family.
