Gothamist • September 26, 2014Relax at Paley Park, it has scattered small tables and chairs, ample thin-trunked trees, potted plants and a spectacular 20-foot waterfall that drowns out all the Midtown din.
Susumu • Mei 8, 2017A small park tucked away on Sutton Square surrounded by beautiful townhouses. There are small parks along the Sutton Place, but all of them are named as Sutton Place Park. This one is the north park.
Dang L. • Juli 27, 2014Rooftop spot on 40th & 3rd. Great spot to get away from the office or enjoy your lunch break. Gets extremely crowded during normal lunch hours, especially between 12:30-1pm
Suzanne D. • September 26, 2012Great kids playground. Bring your own chalk and shovels/pails, they have everything else.
ℳ𝒶𝓎♍ • Januari 24, 2019NYC is great at little pockets of green space. This is a nice quiet place to take your lunch or sit and contemplate while looking out onto the wonderful views of the Brooklyn Bridge and East River
Ian M. • April 18, 2012get here before the lunch rush, or after. I guess that is common knowledge no matter what the venue, but still needs to be said I guess...
Kimmie O. • Agustus 24, 2020This is a tiny park located across the UN. Protests take place here frequently.
David S. • Agustus 15, 2011Lots and lots of standing water after a rain. Not so at the Mary O'Connor Playground on the North Side Green (just across 42nd).
Olessya K. • September 3, 2014Perfect lunch spot. Shaded & breezy, even on a hot summer day. The kicker: never crowded so you can always find a table without having to fight someone for it.
