Angie Harmon: Look, I hate anchovies, but their house-made anchovies make a fantastic Caesar. And their tilefish is the best seafood dish I've tasted in months.
5. National Portrait Gallery
Angie Harmon: The black obelisk (Untitled) is a portal--get up close and you can see tiny stars. It's not dust. Now you can sound like you "get art."
6. Jack Rose Dining Saloon
Angie Harmon: Fantastic Islay scotches. Ardbeg, Laphroaig, Lagavulin. For peat-eaters.

Angie Harmon: Good for happy hours. Happy to work with large groups

Angie Harmon: Oldest bar in dc cash only but awesome.
16. Tabard Inn
Angie Harmon: Good brunch. Doughnuts and bloody marys are good. Avoid wagyu burger; it had good flavor, but consistency of oatmeal.
17. Ambar
Angie Harmon: Bottomless small plates AND drinks. Balkan kebab is amazing. Balkan beer is mediocre.
18. Potomac River
Angie Harmon: Beautiful. Good sailing. Very polluted.
19. River Riders
Angie Harmon: Fun, but about as organized as you would expect for a place run by teenagers. Byob. They're teenagers. They don't care.
