    Nikumen Beef ramen & Ganso shoyu both pretty good. Gyoza kinda whatever. Would come back again but still rank Chuko higher

    Crappy wine glasses that only hold about a half glass--either cut the cost by half or get real wine glasses. Legit ramen though and the wings look amazing.

    The ramen is arguably just as good as if not better Momofuku in Manhattan. Great service. Great food.

    I'm a sucker for spicy miso ramen anywhere, but this one comes with big chunks of pork belly that make it extra special.

    Upper end of the price range for Ramen and it does get very crowded and scene-y, but the quality of food is very good

    Everything on the menu is ridic but go for the Stamina and a bottle of Abita root beer. It goes together like Bennie & the Jets.

    The wings are an amazing combination of crunchy, sweet, spicy & also an amazing value for the portion. Surprised they aren't the star of the "tips!" Now you know!

    Great tucked away ramen place. They always have one vegan appetizer and ramen. Definitely worth a stop.

    Spicy Miso was good. I don't get the ramen hype, but the appetizers stole the show for me. Gyoza, Shumai and the WINGS. OH GOD THE WINGS!

    Noodles are good but broths are lackluster, salty, and leave more to be desired. Spicy Miso ramen was among the better ones. Good selection of hitichino beer.

    Got the pork rib ramen (hot) and pork shoulder/belly ramen (cold). Not usually a fan of cold noodles but am a fan of this one

    The Stamina is pretty good. Certainly one of the better ramen shops in NY. The chicken is braised to perfection.

    The spicy miso is solid. I found the broth too salty which almost never happens for me elsewhere but the flavors and heat were good.

    solid. haven't found better in bk, but my loyalty to totto remains unchanged :) stamina ramen has just enough spice
