Hrund was an extremely gracious host; treated us to harkal and Brennivin, and stocked the fridge with milk, bread, butter and jam. Amenities are very modern looking, but it is very "kosy".
A bit out of the way from the more popular Seljalandsfoss, but I'm sure it's nice to walk up to it when it's warmer out.
Really enjoyed the Icelandic lamb sandwich. The coffee was surprisingly amazing. I'm glad we came here for dinner, even if it was our only choice!
Maria was super friendly to us while staying in the bunga! Great view of the wide open Icelandic tundra!
A nice sculpture to see as the rising sun lights up the mountains to the north. Truly impressive if you've never seen them before.
Nothing great to say about this place, but I'll give them credit: they carried the NFL games.
I didn't think hot dogs could be so great. Make sure to get them with everything. I ate three.
It's odd to me that all of the pictures of Geysir on 4Sq are actually of Strokkur; Geysir hasn't erupted in years.
