Food is totally overpriced but drinks and atmosphere at bar upstairs are great, so have dinner somewhere else and come here only for drinks.
Nice space, full of natural light in one of the pavilions at the roof top garden of suntec mall. Pretty decent set lunch options allows for a relaxing meal.

Fraction of the price of Marina Bay Sands breakfast. A million times the quality. Fresh air. Great view. And you can smoke outside too. :) Very civilised!
