With the Jack casino no more 30 minutes playing fora free parking pass .You must have over 1000 points to get free parking validation. If you complain about this they did give me a free validation.
Sharon BerezneJuli 7, 2012Vegetarians and Vegans - not alot of options for you if the buffet is closed - which it was when I was there. Otherwise a beautiful casino with lots of options on slots, tables and different games.
Big. Beautiful. Its quite the experience. It houses one of the largest buffets in the city. I can't wait till they go Phase 2 and expand.

Great place to do some fast gambling but don't go outside, to many beggars, not a good image for the city. Also, to many folks just sitting around inside taking up space and not playing the slots.

Michael GMei 20, 2012You can get there through Tower City Center (TCC). But TCC is NOT one of Horseshoe's official lots. So even if you gamble for 30min & win free parking, you will still have to pay for parking @ TCC.
Lots of nice places to sit and people-watch. Buffet is the best in town.

Slot payouts are terrible and you can no longer order beverages from your machine. Just try to flag down a server. They are not plentiful.
If you play any slot with a big screen on top play with a few others because the mini games usually involve all of you.
Always fun going good there...TAG is a great place to have drinks!
Shaun WhiteJuni 28, 2012If you want to stand by the poker room entrance for over 10 mins while there are 4 employees at the counter and never have anyone offer to seat you or even say a word to you...this is the place to go.
Play the Wheel Of Fortune Slots, You start wanting the FREE SPINS to pop up so you can hit the Jack Pot on the wheel.- The more important question is, what is bad here. They no longer offer their breakfast buffet and that was the best part of going down there. Lunch and dinner are mediocre at best.
