Was pretty pleased with the chorizo potatoes burrito bowl. Say that five times fast! They also have a gluten-free friendly menu.
For you Gluten-free-ers this place has GF Key Lime Pie. HUGE win with my fiancé! For me, the pie was great, but I do prefer a slightly different style best. Still good though!

Tampa is an efficient, easy airport. I recommend Hertz for your rental, not just because they are the best, but it's definitely the easiest for getting out of the airport fast.
Luckily I only layover in Atlanta and never have to deal with security, which is notoriously bad. The Atlanta airport has anything and everything you need during a layover.
