    The brisket is always tender and the smoke flavor is great. I always say that I am going to try something different but the brisket never fails to deliver. The fries are always perfect.

    The best fried jalapenos I've ever had. Outstanding brisket ala carte and chopped beef sandwich delicious peach and blackberry cobbler with ice cream all moderately priced. No alcoholic beverages.

    Love the baked potato with chipped beef. The beans are great. The portions are ample. Atmosphere is homey and kid friendly. Love the Sweet Tea.

    People say this is "very expensive" but olive garden is "moderately cheap" when OG'S cheapest plate is 16 dollars. Come on people. Makenzies is cheap compared to that
