The best PHO w/o MSG in downtown. Also, if you like really spicy food, try the bun bo hue (thick VN Beef Soup) with red cabbage, sprouts, and spicy sauce.

Its a solid pho resturant, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if I am in the area the pho is good.
