The Presidents Race takes place in the middle of the 4th & features Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln & Roosevelt. Don’t pledge your allegiance to Teddy. He hasn’t won since the race’s inception in ’06.
One word: Amazing. The Berlin Wall, 9/11, Pulitzer Prize winning pictures, and the Abraham Lincoln exhibits were very impressive. I left the 9/11 exhibit feeling very emotional.
In my opinion, best museum in DC. They have an excellent collection of both well known and unheard of contemporary artists and the architecture of the building really adds to the overall experience.
