    This is a design hotel that makes you feel like New Yorker.Area is great, there are lots of restaurants and popular stores, it is close to metro and Central Park..This is great value for the money

    Staff at LocL are epic. Dog friendly, dog friendly, dog friendly. Can't state this enough. Cool vibe. 2nd floor rm a bit noisy with construction happening in both lots on either side--that's NY!

    The bar is a great place to meet with friends on the Upper West Side and relatively quiet/the opportunity to order from Serafina next door.

    Bar, service was very good. Also the location. Room a little small and poor ventilation especially in the bathroom. But I loved it

    Very nice and accommodating staff. Great value for the price. The neighborhood is terrific and you have wonderful 24 hour markets across the street.

    Hotel cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Tienes una estación del metro cerca. Una de las Avenidas más importantes Broadway. Central Park. Muchos restaurantes de todo tipo, caros y baratos.

    Great price, nice and helpful staff. The only thing that was bad was the breakfast. The salmon was slimy, the muffins were like rocks.

    Nice place. Easy to get to Metro 72st Express to 34st Penn, convenience stores close by. Wi Fi weak. Hot water in rooms takes a while to come throuh. lifts take a while.

    If you're to the US for only a few days, don't bother with the 12 USD per day wifi. Go to T-Mobile across the street (open 10am until 8pm) and get a SIM card for your Mifi or laptop: Pay as Go + Day W

    The elevators move at a snail's pace. Since you are using FourSquare, you are likely young enough to just take the stairs and save time.

    Small dorm like room with no cable reception. The mattress was very comfortable and the hotel was centrally located. Hotel bar was small to accommodate the rooms.

    I always try to book here when hubby has a procedure at mskcc you can park on many streets for free. Just mind the signs.

    Rooms are clean/new and staff is friendly but wifi in rooms comes with a fee ($14). No fridge and bathroom amenities are ridiculous. Don't bother staying uptown unless you have an unbeatable rate.

    DO NOT do breakfast at Serefina next door. Service is slow, food is cold. Mgmt just stands around and watches the staff struggle to keep up. Better places up on Amsterdam with better food for same $.
