Enrique Nalda: Currently my favourite restaurant in Paris. Bertrand, only 29 years old, produces the most exquisite dishes from starter to dessert. Cool decor and fantastic service. Expect a very affordable menu.

Holger Lüdorf: the Butte aux Cailles area is very cool (albeit small) and this little gem serves great inexpensive (and huge) salads and Basque specialties for lunch and dinner.
Pierre Valade: A typical French bistrot that well situated close to all the galleries in the Marais. Go there after a walk in the world of art. Use Slash.fr app on your phone to make your way into the exhibitions.
Stephane Distinguin: No tip: just accept what today and the chef have to offer.Never the same and always as good. Definitely one of my favorite restaurant in Paris. Incredible for this budget !
