- 2 floors with plenty of cardio machines, even when it's crowded. Go Thursday through Sunday for a smaller crowd. Everything's pretty clean and has everything you need.

- 30m work out is the best section. They need to expand to make 2 of them
- Good value clean modern gym, with decent, new, equipment.
- $99 for the year? Awesome. Not much room for plyometrics, stretching, and ab work but overall you cant beat what you get for the price.
- Holding on to the rails while you run on the treadmill isn't realistic you can't do that outside so just slow down!!! ;)
- Surprisingly good! Doesn’t get too crowded.
- Put your weights back where they belong. You're at the gym to workout, stop being lazy and taking shortcuts
- If you want to play music, play it through your headphones. Not everyone wants to hear your music.
- If you're a night owl, come after 11 pm. More parking and way less crowded...
- Monday from 6-8pm seems to be the busiest time to work out
- They have a charger for iPod / iPhone on the treadmill. Use it. That's Legit.
- Make sure you bring a towel. They don't offer towel service, but $10 a month you can't complain.
