I would never come back to this place again, they have bed bugs. I had and awful experience, and the management did nothing.They don't care about their costumer. Definitely never coming back!

Bring your own air conditioner. All of our rooms are 76 degrees. Might be cooler sleeping in the park across from here

WiFi is broken if you use a Chromebook. No amenity for concierge members. Bus noises start at 5am that you can hear from the 9th floor. And plenty of shady people in the lobby.

The fire alarm isn't intrusive at all luckily, nearly didn't wake me up! Free complimentary ham mask from staff, ask the front desk.

The rooms were horribly HOT! Front desk acted like this was out of the ordinary but checking comments on foursquare and yelp tends to indicate otherwise. No fridge or microwave either. We Left!!!

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Rooms are in desperate need of some upgrading. Not what one expects of a Radisson property
