The nanobrewery is housed in a converted barn that used to support a few farm animals and a peacock. Opened in July 2011, CB already expanded from a half-barrel to a three-and-half barrel system.
Hoptails: An “Atypical” Chocolate Martini gains thickness from Green Flash’s Extra Stout Reduction, but smells like dessert from the chocolate bitters. It’s smoky, creamy and easy-drinking.
The "Dying Gaul" as well as the Art of Byzantium exhibits are great. Being able to compare Italian and French art alone is totally worth the visit. Plus there are cool ties for sale in their store.
One of the nicest adult locations in Richmond. I don't totally like the way the place is set up though.
