Nice interior. Homemade bread and jams are good. Good selection of teas. Servers and lady boss are friendly.
A decent find on fried egg sandwich, which is called Banh Mi Op La. Quite a busy joint.
Beware of another stall (Quan 135) selling the same thing opposite. The Mi Quang broth here tastes like instant noodle, which I kinda like.
The rice is fluffy and non clumpy. We ordered the normal version with chicken slices on top. They have the hell fire version - chicken + rice + chili sauce toss combo.
Curry mee is undoubtedly good. They open at 7am in the morning and close when they feel like it and they closed for Friday prayers. The vendors here are circumcised. Kitchen is clean.

Great satay stall offering chicken, beef, lamb and cow stomach. Their peanut gravy had two versions-one is Kaiju lvl 2 and the other is lvl 5. Try it.
