The free wakeboards are not so good. Everything else is great. There is even a workout place with a barbell and pullup bars.
Nice view, but the food is overpriced. Water diluted juices and whisky. Sunday is fun though.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Really good rooms and close (15 min on a scooter) to all of the spots south of Kuta.

No top ropes. No autobelay. If you are alone and want to leadclimb you can book a belayer service for a fee by calling them. Expensive - 17€ for a whole day or 10€ for bouldering only. But still good!
Nice place to have a try on the wakeboard or watch others from the terrace of the cafe.
