    The theme park is cool with many adult games to play, recommended to come early to be able to play many games or get a fast track ticket with only 60 RNM

    The hotel is huge and clean n organised. Front desk is polite n quick. The room is very clean and with nice comfortable bed and pillows. The room n toilet is big but the bath tube is too small.

    The club rooms located 19th floor onwards have their own lounge & butler. The view is excellent facing the lagoon park. It's like a holiday away from home.

    افضل فندق في سلانجور- ملاصق لملاهي صن واي لاجون ،، ويوجد مدخل من جهه مسابح الفندق للملاهي .. وفي اللوبي ممكن تقصون تذاكر الدخول ،، اللوبي فخم فخم جداً .. انصح بالاقامه فيه

    The hotel exterior is superbly crafted and good venue for personal snapshots. However, hotel rooms interior little bit run-down for wear & tear. The management should replace all worn out carpetings!

    nice place but far from the city! easy access to theme park @sunway lagoon and shopping mall @sunway pyramid and restaurants and pubs @rainforest. dont try the food @sagar restaurant :p

    Very pretty hotel. Big shopping mall next door so you won't feel like away from city centre. However, there s bug in my room so it s really spoil the experience ...

    Laundry is expensive but there is a place called angel laundry who do it for 7 rm per kilo & deliver it for free . But the truth it's not a really good job with white . It's near KFC in front of here

    الهوتيل خرااافه جدا نظيف مطل على المسابح مكان روووعه العاب وزحاليق مختلفة وحديقة حيوانات يترأسها النمر اﻷبيض واﻻسود:-) كلها بمكان واحد وفيها مطاعم وقريب من المول بس عيبها بعيدة عن وسط المدينة والمطار

    The Surau here us very conveniently located at Level 10. Usually quiet but occasionally there are visitors from indoor workshop held in the hotel.

    ممتاز للعوائل بدرجه الاول والازواجه بثانيه افطاره مناسب للخليجيين والعرب بعض السلبيات القليله قدم اثاثه وهذا لا يجعل السكن فيه غير مناسب وهو مناسب لبدا رحلتك منه في ماليزيا بعيد عن ضجت كوالا

    توقعنا لو اخذنا ليلة وغرفة في الفندق يشمل دخول water park والملاهي ! بس للأسف سعر التذاكر غير شامل. بس الحلو في الفندق موقعه بين الالعاب والمول 👌🏻

    Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The room is old and thin walled. Slow service in general, no one picks up the phone in the reception. Its not bad, good for families but terrible for couples.

    If you have small kids who love swimming ask to stay on 5th floor as there are two kiddy pools outside the rooms.

    They should considering building a covered walkway to the Mandara Spa. There's no way you can get there when it's raining.

    Good services by staff. Currently fair on the breakfast @ Fuzion cuz the main restaurant is still under renovation. Was supposed to finish by end november but looks like delayed & disliked the queue.
