The Almond Log, a relative of the almond horseshoe, is a cross between a cookie and a pastry. It is chewy and crunchy with almond flavors rolled in toasted almond slivers. Then a strip of raspberry and apricot filling is added down the center. Goes great as a breakfast treat with coffee or tea.

This is our most popular cake. Three layers of hazelnut sponge filled with vanilla buttercream. Our traditional chocolate shavings cover the sides. If you want to be fancy, order it with the mocha buttercream in lieu of the vanilla buttercream (applies only to 7in and up) . Please note we can only write on this cake with 24 hours notice.

Our three layer vanilla sponge cake is combined with a Swiss mocha buttercream and is covered on the sides with crushed cashew nuts to bring you a great coffee flavor. If you don`t want the cashew nuts we are happy to cover the sides in chocolate shavings or nothing at all.

This is a seven layer coffee brushed biscuit, layered with coffee and chocolate buttercream, a hint of raspberry, covered in ganache. The clichy can also be ordered as a cake to feed 6 to 8 people.

All of this deliciousness is enrobed in fondant. This pastry is as bold as the Emperor of France himself (though it wouldn't dare attempt a land-war in Asia) .
