Founded in 2005, S & Z Capital & Development, LLC, is a real estate investment and development firm based in Brooklyn, New York. S & Z Capital & Development was cofounded by Partners Solomon Steinlauf and Zeev Sandman, who offer more than 30 years of combined experience in real estate, including acquisitions, brokerage, and management in New York City. Previously, Zeev Sandman spent 14 years as a Real Estate Agent. A graduate of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, Mr. Sandman earned a degree in urban planning. Solomon Steinlauf spent more than 17 years as a top producing Real Estate Broker before he and Mr. Sandman formed S & Z Capital & Development. Mr. Steinlauf holds memberships in The Brooklyn Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Brooklyn Multiple Listing Service.
