I’ve been mapping out the vegetarian Currywurst in fhain, and this one is not bad at all! Perhaps a bit smaller than if you got a regular wurst, but the sauce is very tasty. Friendly staff.
Wonderful vegan/Vietnamese restaurant, a break from the norm in the neighbourhood. Creative and delicious food, big portions and healthy. Gives Chay Village a run for its money! Try the bibimbap.
Spacious oasis of calm compared to the main departure lounge. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. I love the Wood Sage & Sea Salt fragrance!
Cute and friendly bar with a DJ generally playing anything but house or techno, which is unusual for Berlin. Good place for a drink before hitting the clubs in Friedrichshain.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff are delightful and the evening is incredibly enjoyable. The food is creative and exciting, good for vegetarians too. Highly recommended!
Small supermarket with a vast array of interesting vegan products, from frozen ‘prawns’ to chocolate covered cherries. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but worth a look if you’re vegan!

Vegan sushi joint that specialises in big maki rolls or ‘burritos’ as they call them. Fillings include vegan chicken & duck, sweet potato and avocado. They are delicious! A bit pricey at £6 a go.
Really delicious menu of East African dishes - big and small. Try the falafel style bhajis. The tamarind ‘ketchup’ is banging!
A great place if you’re looking for furniture. A wide selection of vintage / antique stuff - all good quality and good value. Don’t forget they have a huge warehouse further along the RAW Gelände.
Great New York style pizzas. Some interesting toppings like pumpkin & Gorgonzola. Very tasty. Try the chilli dip!
