Dylan AcresApril 15, 2012As a student of SHSU I used to hang out here on Friday's waiting on my then girlfriend to get finished with class. The GD Hines Architecture building is a lovely spot to chill out.
A lot of my money is funneled into this place; I am thankful to have a top-notch university in town.
If you're studying Communication, PR, Marketing, Advertising or just want to be involved with some fun groups, join PRSSA, AAF, AMA or IABC!!!

There is a store in old science and research building .... its much cheaper than the rest of the college shops....

During peak class times, count on either no spaces avaialable or a long hike. If you try the outlying lot near the architecture building, chances are you might find a space. Food
Watch out for students texting, walking with headphones and not paying attention. They'll walk into your car.
I park at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. Free lot and no towing. Saves cost on commuting parking passes!
Do not forget to buy your University of Houstonian yearbook... "The Houstonian," remember college...and not just through facebook!
The parking would be easier if the majority of the students knew how to drive. Yield where it says yield!
If you'r here for the TSI test.. You better be bringing a snack- Feeling sleepy ?? Best place cullen pit . Sofa in library and in writing center.... so on ...
