Really good pizza. Often a long wait and the service isn't the best, but it's damn good food.
Had the vege pie with cheese topping. Really yummy and fresh veggies inside. The carrot, coconut, and cashew salad was also delicious. Nice and cute cafe.

This was harder to find than we thought. You need to follow the fence that turns left and heads toward the water to find "the sign". Not the best view, but interesting.
We didn't stay for the penguins and didn't see any seals or sea lions, but we did see lots of snails and petrified trees. Really beautiful and unique.
Sea lions basking by the light house! Light house wasn't the most interesting, but view is beautiful. Long gravel road out to the light house with lots of sheep along the way. Public restrooms.
Pricey, but the only place you're going to get that amazing view of all of Queenstown, the lake, and the Remarkables.
Great experience! Easy to book, nice staff, and fun experience. Was wearing 2 jackets plus their parka, so the cold wasn't too brutal for me. Good music, too.

Yes, it's expensive, but you get to see the kiwis! Go at feeding time and hear a brief talk and watch them eat. The park is small but nice with nice habitats for the birds and a few reptiles.
Best breakfast I've had and the best meal I had on my whole trip to New Zealand. Had the grilled halloumi. Strange but delicious flavored meld together perfectly.

Lots of seating to enjoy their tasty coffee and truffles. Ice cream is good, too. Hazelnut truffle is rich and creamy chocolate with a hazelnut in the center. Yum!

Beautiful view, but perhaps not the best in winter, as you can't enjoy the likely very beautiful and well kept garden. Castle itself is just an old house, but the family story is interesting.

Really good beer. Their food is a bit hit or miss. I've had delicious lunches (soup and salad) and disappointing dinners (vegetarian bahn mi) but the beer and atmosphere usually have me coming back.
Brisket is a bit fatty for my liking but the chicken is delicious. BBQ sauces are good, too.
Yes, it is loud here - ask to be seated in the back where it's much quieter. Menu needs a change up - if you've been here a few times, you're wishing for more options.
