All you can eatBrazilian food. Come hungry, leave full. Servers wander around with skewers of meats and slice off what you want. Feel free to ask for what's available and they'll bring it by.
An $ place for the experience more so than the food. If you aren't too picky a meat lover, get ready to be amazed by the WIDE variety of meat they serve - especially the chicken heart and top sirloin.
Eat copious amounts of meat! Don't let them give you large pieces, instead insist on small slivers - savor every bite, and let each piece come to you fresh, hot, and be an "end cut" if you so desire!
The salad bar is surprisingly great. I know it's not where you can "earn your money back" but there's no way you can eat $40 worth of meat anyway so just enjoy yourself!
