Beautiful, airy setting, super service, interesting wines, unique, enjoyable flavors. Faves: baba ghanoush and tender grilled octopus. Chameleon-like Canary Islandrosé great with everything.
Get the Baba ghanoush, extra friend pita, the mushroomkebab - oh my it was delicious. Tasted like meat! And try the cauliflower and the butternut squash thing. Both fantastic as well.
A really beautiful + huge space serving delicious, authentic food. Favorites include: the baba ghanoush w fried pita, tomato & plumsalad, grilled prawns, & the vanilla date crème brûlée for dessert!
Gorgeous and delicious! Great vibe. Loved the duck hummus, lamb neckschwarma, foie gras, beef tangine, oyster mushrooms, and grilled prawns. All amazing flavors and textures.
The mushroomkabob is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. As is the baba ghanouj! As a vegetarian, I thought the food was fantastic and the staff makes you feel at home!
2019 James Beard Foundation Awards finalist for Best New Restaurant in the country. Baba ghanoush, heirloom lettuce salad, grilled prawns, lamb neckshawarma, natural wine
#FabuLIST #DubiDO get the babaganoush, hummus, and cheesemezzes. Then the cauliflower, butternut squashflat bread, and prawns. DubiDONT get the cucumber and artichoke.
Space is, as la spaces are, quite expansive. Food was fine but not every dish was magically memorable. Order the mushrooms and the baba. Great wine list. Four stars. Would return but not rush back
Overrated. Had the lamb, the mushrooms, the scallops, and the babaganoush which was by far the best thing but then again you can make it at home or just get it at any middle eastern cafe.
Hummus and pita were great! Oyster mushroom kebabs too. Lamb Chops and Cauliflower were good - solid, but nothing extraordinary. Lambflatbread was okay but too salty for my taste.
FYI They do not make ANY changes to the menu, chef’s decision bc of the risk of “integrity” of the food not bc they can’t, despite any allergies, no exceptions.
