    Lots of security checks, multiple luggage & passport checks, etc. But all the staff and security people are patient and nice though, so it is not so bad, only time-consuming. Be here in good time.

    Безумный контроль безопасности полётов. Штатный психолог на вылете, жёсткий досмотр ручной клади до микронов - и знаете, тьфу-тьфу-тьфу, осечек у этого контроля ещё ни разу не было.

    When people recommend getting here 3 hours early, it’s no joke. Security here is (understandably) tight and there are many checkpoints to get through. That said, we’ll organized and friendly people!

    Make sure to get to the airport at least 3 hours early. Even to just go through security with a carry on the wait is an hour and you are asked tons of questions.

    Venir con tiempo para pasar los 3 filtros Y disfrutar del dutty free si es comprador compulsivo. Si es Shabbat (de viernes por la tarde-noche a sábado tarde- noche) no encontrará tren, ni comida.

    I thought it would be bigger it’s well designed and manageable. Security is of course very strict but everyone is very very polite and respectful.Not a lot of shopping and eating possibilities though

    Make sure you give yourself at least three hours before your flight, specially if you have been to the Middle East and south east Asia.... Airport security is gonna be a pain!

    I’ve travelled to 70 countries and this has the funniest security check. I have Dutch passport and they asked me the origin of my name. Because it is Turkish, they put me in their famous check.

    Get to Ben Gurion as early as you can for your flight: if you aren't an Israeli citizen, the security takes a really long time. Try to remain calm even with the slightly intrusive questions.

    Всё организовано и продумано. Отличное впечатление. Меньше 1,5 часов заняли все формальности при вылете, включая возврат НДС. Удивило, что в зале отлёта возле Duty Free еда и напитки продаются с НДС

    The concept of a line in Israel is quite blurry. So when entering the line for gate security, keep your elbows out, because Israeli people will be cutting the line right and left. Enjoy :-)

    Прекрасный аэропорт. Я прошла контроль и досмотр очень быстро. Правда возникла путаница - на одном табло мне на выход В3, а на другом С4. Но сотрудники аэропорта помогли разобраться.

    Free WiFi, delicious food but no true sit down dining. Some duty free shops but the place is small. Make sure to show up at least three hours in advance as the security check is strict = long lines.

    Очень специфичный аэропорт в мире. Логистика, службы и хендлинг такие, что нигде на земле не найдешь. Все комфортно. Приятный запах эвкалипта на перроне.

    I'm impressed after reading all above tips. Check in and border control were really fast. Architecture deserves special mention. Very clean and light airport. Free wi-fi available.

    Самый БЕЗОПАСНЫЙ* аэропорт в мире✈️ Чтобы пройти на регистрацию на рейс, нужно пройти безопасность багажа и интервью (багаж сканирт, а потом проверяют щеточкой для частиц на взрывопасность)❗️❗️❗️✅

    Как ни странно, в жопу с фонариком на досмотре к нам никто не залезал. Большие очереди проходят быстро. В виде бонуса - дьюти фри - хорош, большой и работает до самого последнего московского рейса.

    Досмотр в аэропорту на каждом шагу. Приезжайте не менее чем за 3 часа. Допрос с пристрастием,потом еще 2 досмотра,проверяют все,что вы ведете в ручной клади специальным устройством.
