    Ask for the Cambodian noodles dry with soup on the side! Or get it with a Singaporean twist with egg noodles by asking for "mee pok," off the menu. Don't forget to mix in the brown sauce.

    Sietsema: 1 of 2 Teochew restaurants in C-town. Duck is braised and presented with a vinegary dipping sauce; Cambodian/Viet soups. Bean curd skin stuffed with shrimp & deep fried. Very comfortable.

    Seafood noodle soup is on point!! Authentic Chiew Chow Chinese flavor...always consistent...try the curry too!! The ducks and chicken with the pickled carrots. ..yum!!

    Whatever soup you get a) ask for the homemade rice noodles, b) get it "with vegetables, and c) use lots of the dark red xo hot sauce which is more flavorful than mindblowingly spicy.

    Great roast duck. The noodle soups are hard to come by, Cho Lon, Chinese-Vietnamese style. Worth trying if you haven't, though full of MSG (just like it is in Vietnam).

    Nothing on this menu beats the curry beef stew. Get it with the flat broad noodles (huh-fen). Pure Asian comfort food.
