Yes the line moves fast, but expect to wait more than 5 minutes of the line is to the door. I recommend ordering online, but note that you must do this about 15 minutes before you pick it up.

Even though you pay extra for the guacamole, some things are worth the extra buck. The food is definitely great if you are watching your figure and want to eat healthier than usual

The lunch line starts in earnest just before noon (and it gets out-the-door long). You're good to showing up at 11:45am if you're an early luncher.

Your best shot for lunch: Call and order on the phone, they can get it ready in 5-10 min. That 80-people line takes 20 min, and online 1/2 hour.

I actually go to this one instead of the one in front of Bryant Park. It's less crowded, at least the times I visit... Around 11am-12 noon.

Their portions have been plenty for me. Also, there isn't much of a need to avoid the lunch rush. They serve you so quickly that you will be ordering after 5 minutes if the line is at the door
