If you want to know what authentic Japanese hospitality is all about come to eat at this restaurant. Service is impeccable. The food is also very good. Small pricy plates but worth it.
Upstairs for lunch, ground floor for dinner. Authentic Japanese cuisine, mostly small plates, but love their curry udon & ramen. It's a little pricey but the food is great & the service is top notch.
Thrillist: Best for elegant Jpn food w/casual vibe; known entities - hot & cold soba noodles; comfort food staples such as miso soup and fried tofu; more luxurious options, tuna or wagyu beef donburi
The Nama-fu is their signature (the fu factory owns this restaurant). Try the egg tofu, Miyazaki beef don or sukiyaki, and definitely get their matcha tea!!!!
I liked it! The was Kajitsu roll was much bigger and more filling than I'd have expected. The beef egg donburi was also good. Reviews made me think tiny portions but these two were solid sizes.
I love the food here, simple, traditional yet exquisite. It is a bit pricey for the portion they serve. However, check your bill before you pay! There are always some mistakes on the bill.
