    Easygoing atmosphere that makes it one of the few places to actually hang out in Croydon. Great food and drink with loads of creative events going on on premises. The best place to be imho!

    It is a lovely very unusual place. Staff is always happy to see you, always smiling and providing an excellent service. This place has got an amazing geeky atmosphere.

    Nice place to chill out and relax.Beer and burger has just and wow they taste good.Good choice of local beers,never realised you can get Croydon beer.

    Matthews Yard is a Brewhouse, Co-Working Space and Lounge in the heart of Croydon. It offers high speed internet and networking, great coffee and a place to relax. It opens in April 2012.

    Everything is a delight. Good coffee (knocks that Starbucks muck out of the park), cakes & #veggie flatbreads. Go on, go in, and eat and drink.

    Lovely place , especially for Croydon . A shame they don't serve breakfast in the week which is exactly when I would come in here . The chairs at the shelf tables need to be more ergonomic too.

    Good portion sizes (huge cappuccino) and vegetarian options, but perhaps fairly limited menu options, given that, the wait time from ordering is therefore surprising

    They brought out our sandwiches at the same time but gave mine to another table, so I waited over 40 minutes! They did offer a refund at least. The place looks great but doesn't really live up to it.

    how this place gained all the positive comments on here? Empty cups all over the tables to be picked up. Great coffee? Ive been served watered espresso when i asked double espresso.
