    Knowing what you want before you get here saves time as far as HD goes, this one is not the highest in customer service. Tho there are exceptions.

    Nothing. Save your self the hassle and go to Lowe's. Home Depot sucks. Nobody that works there has any product knowledge at all. No idea where anything is either.

    This dude at the kitchen desk has the worst customer service ever! I feel foolish spendn my $$$ here given his level of service & nonchalant attitude...after 10 mins of ignoring my requests for help!

    Do not get renovations done through this Home Depot. It was the worst experience AND the kitchen/bathroom manager is rude and doesn't call you back even after multiple calls.
