The brunch is phenomenal, the service and knowledge of the service is even better. Will be back to try everything on the menu. I do not have 1 recommendation because everything is tasty.
One of the very best cold weather dining experiences in the state. Hearty, warming menu items accompanied by a modest but impressive wine list and arguably the best cocktail program in Saint Paul.
Best service and food! Steaks are great, but some really amazing small plates, like pork belly lettuce wraps, hot collie, etc. Do the small plates and you won't be disappointed.
Ryan was a wonderful mixologist, and served us some choice custom cocktails. Tell him what you're feeling, or what you're eating, and let him get creative....to die for. Then ask about his tattoo :)
Trying to warm up? Try the Tequila, Wey- an ingenious mix of tequila, sour tamarind syrup, and a special extract of ancho chiles and hot cinnamon. The drink is as intoxicating as it is interesting!
I haven't seen Tim Niver in over 6 or 7 years. He was extremely busy and still took the time to come up to the table and chat for a minute. Truly an exceptional host and business owner. Bravo!

They have a "proprietary" temperature scale... If you order your steaks medium-rare it will come out charred and very rare by any other restaurant's standard
get the steak! I'm not a huge fan of duck but tried it anyways taking my boyfriend out for his birthday and we ended up swapping dishes! cute table in the window with the curtain is super ROMANTIC!
