    As your mayor I decided to investigate this 4th floor conundrum. There's a 4th floor, you can reach it by the stairs on the NE corner, next to the outdoor vending machines. It's just locked now.

    Forget the fourth floor. For good wifi and another scantron vending machine, go to floor six.

    Make sure you bring a sweater! This building is very cold. And when I went to investigate the fourth floor, the door said employees only.
