Free wifi, cool baristas, yummy pastries (the almond croissant and the chocolate chipbanana bread rock), and decently priced compared to some of the other "hipster" coffee shops in the hood.
With 15 or so two-tops, a communal table, a smattering of plugs, and strong wifi, this is a good spot to work. High ceilings, open space, exposed brick, and an ongoing roasting concern.
Good coffee that's roasted in the back (it can get loud). Great place to work, depending on the time of day it can be hard to find a seat. Usually a seat will open up quickly if you wait a few mins.
A great meeting ground for bushwick's new and young crowd in a part of the neighborhood where such atmospheres are rare. Great music and coffee yet seating can be hard to come by.
Formerly on the cutting edge, in the early years of NYC specialty coffee, serving single originStumptown beans, Variety is reinventing itself with its own Bushwick roastery and cafe.
When Variety opened their first shop, they were on the cutting edge, offering single originStumptown beans. Now they're reinventing themselves with their Bushwick roastery & cafe. (3/14)
Cozy environment, friendly baristas, they offered me to bring my sandwich a sandwich from the gourmet across the street and eat it here... amazing. Hot chocolate was delicious.
The best thing about this cafe is that it's open until 9pm, later than all of the other cafes in the neighborhood. Also, iced Americanos and plenty of seating.
When Variety opened their first shop on Graham Ave, they were on the cutting edge, offering single originStumptown beans. Now they're reinventing themselves with their Bushwick roastery & cafe.
Not only are they roasting their own beans now (so good I momentarily forgot they used to pull Stump), they're also supporting Lofted, a new microroaster based in Bushwick. Love!
Es una cafetería increíble!! fuera de las tradicionales, tuestan el café ellos mismo, la calidad es extraordinaria, tienen café de Bolivia de la temporada.
Great coffee shop but - particularly considering the fact that 99% of its customers are doing something on their MacBooks - the music is MUCH too loud.👇🏼🎶👇🏼
