Kazy • Oktober 2, 2020ランチの油淋羊肉丼。浅めの器にご飯とレタスが敷かれ、その上に油淋羊。醤油・酢・豆板醤などを合わせたタレ、クミンなどが入ったスパイス、パクチーがたっぷりと掛けられている。羊肉はオーストラリア産ラムのむね肉。コショウ、ニンニク、生姜、豆板醤、卵で下味をつけ一晩寝かせている。まず低温の油で中まで火を通し、その後高温の油で二度揚げ。それによって、外はサクッと中はジューシーで、柔らかく仕上がっている。
