The health-giving properties of the Streatham Wells became famous in the 18th century which encouraged wealthy Londoners to build country mansions in the area.

If you miss your morning train to Farringdon take London Bridge and change platforms at Peckham Rye there are frequent Farringdon trains going through.

Getting off at Farringdon? Board the middle of the train to exit on to Turnmill Street!
