The General Tso's is the local favorite. Go during lunch, 11am to 3pm, when lunch specials are right around $5. Get yourself a cup and a pitcher of water from the cooler if you want water.

Cheap, good food. Broccoli in spicy garlic sauce with white rice and a shrimp egg roll is cheap, filling and delicious.

Best General Tso's ever! This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Duluth. Cheap and delicious, they don't stint on the good stuff.
