    Very crowded lounge with slow free wifi and some drinks / food. I liked that it was a sanctuary from the madness outside but it lacked free showers (20 pounds) and any restrooms.

    One of the better Aspire lounges in the network. Unsure what the Priority Pass site means by "after Customs & Immigration"—not true. Good breakfast sausage & eggs.

    Aspire & LoungeKey are two partners in crime, Misleading customers as complimentary service & charge. Crowded, rubbish food. Even if it’s free, won't choose this place for food or comfort or honesty

    Be prepared to wait. It’s a small space, and if they’re at capacity, you might have to put your name down on a waitlist and sit outside the entrance for 20 minutes. Free Prosecco is nice, though.

    Look for seats further towards the back of the lounge to find somewhere to sit when it gets busy.

    狭いですが、食べ物は普通に美味しいです。スタッフもマメに掃除や補充をしていて結構良いと思います。高レーティングなのに放ったらかしなラウンジも多くある中、きちんとしていて好感が持てます。朝8時ならまだ余裕で席が空いてました。

    I access this Lounge thanks to LoungeKey which is free with my free credit card. not on par with BA Biz Lounge. But it’s free so I can’t complain. I love the pancake machine!

    Kind of a weird lounge. It’s beautiful and stylish, but also really tiny, and doesn’t have private bathrooms. The food and drink was limited, but good. Also has lots of plugs, which is nice.

    Ok but too small as the only non-BA lounge in T5. Grabbed some seats and limited food - no bread at breakfast is weird!

    Try to make a reservation the day before and keep in mind they let you in three hours before your flight.

    It sucks here. You need to exit the lounge to use the restroom. The food is awful. It's crowded, though not as bad as Plaza Premium lounge. If you can upgrade and get into BA lounge, do that instead.

    Very small lounge with quirky layout so always very crowded. Food and drinks offer is ok, but not so relaxing when you have to roam around hoping a seat free up

    Very crowded, u can barely find a seat and they keep letting people in though it’s full. Seat r not comfy and toilets r the public ones outside of the lounge

    Managed to get in without a pre-booking. First time in three attempts through T5. Food good but only vegetarian today. No bread (although this was rectified). Better than nothing.

    Small lounge that easily gets crowded and noisy. Had good food selection including eggs and sausage for breakfast. Shower is too expensive!

    Improvements are good - more seating etc. Electric sockets don't all work and staff variable. Hot food could be a lot better. Very boring selection.

    Poor experience, always busy, had to be in a waiting list for 30 mins, at the end was faster, hot food ok, you can't ask for a double shot, not at the level of any other Priority pass lounge.

    The WiFi here is worse than the free Heathrow WiFi. So don't bother. Password is recharge3 if anyone still cares.

    Terrible! Be away from here! I had to wait in a queue for 30 min and there was no available seats. Receptionists were rude and didn't care.
