• Lora's Zumba classes are fab! Music is mix of modern Latin, pop and bit of R&B. Monday night and Thursday late afternoon. You'll need to go to a few classes to pick up routines but it's super fun.

• It may be winter, but they have the heat cranked up way too hot for a gym. Wear a t-shirt and shorts if you don't want to sweat like you're in a sauna (they do have an actual one though!)

• Steer clear of the spa! There's a black scum floating on the top. People go in wearing their workout clothes and most don't shower before. Yuk!
