Slow hot hickory smoked pork spare ribs are fall off the bone tender and juicy. These are a must for any real bbq lover. We know you'll agree we have the best ribs in town!

Pork butt is slow hot smoked using hickory wood. This process allows the connective tissues to soften and melt into gelatin, the fat bastes and moistens the meat, and the outside develops a flavorful crust. Once finished smoking, the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy. After cooling, we pull it off of the bone in big chunks by hand, and then those chunks are pulled and chopped into bite-size pieces.
