I really recommend you to visit this place and pay for the tour! Firstly building is so beautiful and functional. Secondly the tour is so interesting and surprising. Love it! :)
Excellent museum covering warfare from every angle, from hardware to the human aspects and even music and theatre. It's huge - allow plenty of time.
One of the nicest areas in Dresden. I suggest a cool beer after that in the park next by. Called Alaunpark especially in the late afternoon you can discover a lot of things there if the weather allows
