    Love the location of this hotel and the price is very reasonable too! Remember to sign up for membership as it will entitle you to late checkout at 1pm and discount on your next stay!

    Staying here again, its my 5th time. I wouldnt say its an "amazing" place, but the location and value for money are first class. Small but clean rooms and efficient service.

    Super fast wifi everywhere in the hotel (don't know why some said there's none). Small, clean rooms. Great location; lots of shortcuts to go places. Would return if in Japan!

    Great location and staff. Contrary to other tips, there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms. I travel to Tokyo 5-6 times a year, and always stay here when I can.

    Wonderful location near Shinjuku Station. It is easy to get around since you have access to all those train lines. Free WiFi in rooms. Rooms are smallish, but clean and perfect for one person

    There si Wi-Fi now in rooms, don't need any cable or router. Room small but have seen smaller in Japan, with everything you need. A lot of places around and big and nice lobby. Looks great!

    Muy buena situación, tranquilo, precio asequible para la zona, habitaciones bien de tamaño (para ser Tokyo) y buena presentación, sin ser de lujo.Pero sobre todo, situación TOP.

    Across the street from Family Mart and Krispy Kreme. Hotel close to Shinjuku and Yoyogi Stations. Take the Limousine Bus Service to/from Airports - less stressful than taking public transportation.

    Large hotel in a centric area of Tokyo, right next to the Shinjuku train station, popular among large tourist groups. Comfortable and clean rooms.

    Good value for the price, especially for the convenient location. As with most of Japan, make sure you're booking exactly what you want because staff is rarely flexible.

    Great location. You can see Shinjuku est from the hotel. Also close to Shinjuku's shopping area. I would book again just for the location, amazing. Everything in our room was in order too.

    While it says “amenities” are only downstairs, the rooms do include shampoo/conditioner/bodywash already - you won’t find them downstairs

    Amazing location. Short walk to Shinjuku station. Family Mart & McDonald's are close by. Room is small but very efficient. Electric massager in room is extremely handy after long walk in Tokyo.

    리무진 버스가 호텔까지 온다는.. 호텔마다 서다가 나중에 냐리게되서 시간이 좀 걸린다는 단점이 좀 있지만.. 신주쿠 워싱턴, 프린스호텔보다 조용한편. 신주쿠 다카시마야 , 신주쿠역과도 가까움. 깨끗하고 편리함

    Very small but clean room. Well worth the $110/nt we paid for. Breakfast is at additional $20/pax. Hotel is within 3-5mins from Shinjuku south gate and well within a stone throw from many eateries!

    Great location, walking distance from Shinjuku station, Takashimaya and other malls. Wifi available if u ask. However had to kill a cockroach in my room as well as stay away from a spider. Wonder why.

    JR新宿駅 京王新線・都営新宿線 大江戸線 JR代々木駅に近くて交通至便。リムジンバスもホテル前に発着。そのせいか外国人客の割合が高い。全部屋禁煙ルーム。2階に喫煙所あり。

    Lovely place. Make sure you take south exit from shinjuku. There is a Segafredo cafe next door for a cheaper breakfast than the buffet.

    Take the friendly bus directly to and from the airport (both) . Avoid taking taxis unless you do not mind damaging the wallet!

    Sunroute is accessible via both Shunjuku JR and Yoyogi JR line. I prefer to alight at Yoyogi as traffic is less hectic but slightly longer walk.

    Told 2 diff housekeeping staff on 2 diff days that our bathroom stinks of urine. I just got detergent sent to my room & scrubbed it down myself. It still stinks like its steeped into the walls :(
